We recruit using a comprehensive range of multi-media tools, including social media and forum/blog participation alongside the more traditional face-to-face recruitment we’ve always excelled at. These techniques enable faster turnaround times, more accurate recruitment and comprehensive reporting. We extensively record all respondent applications and attendance to continue reducing the risk of serial respondents.
We have in excess of 400 recruiters nationwide, all of whom have been IQCS trained. We maintain close relationships with our existing recruiters, some of whom have been actively working with us for over ten years. Any recruiters must pass a strict application process which includes extensive cross checking and references.
